Curbed New York – Kosciuszko Bridge debut
Curbed New York covered the opening of the Kosciuszko Bridge in this article from 2019. Tactical Manoeuvre created a spectacular moment for this special opening – synchronizing the Empire State Building and the Kosciuszko Bridge together in one light-to-music show. Here are some highlights from the article:
Gov. Andrew Cuomo, along with a bevy of city and state officials, celebrated the bridge’s opening yesterday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the afternoon, and a larger reception in the evening. The nighttime event was also a chance to show off the bridge’s light show, which was accompanied by a performance from Cuomo BFF Billy Joel, which was broadcast live from Madison Square Garden.
The whole of New York City was able to celebrate the opening by listening in on TactMan’s new patented Spark-Sync app, which delivered latency-free audio synchronized to the light shows, to hundreds of thousands of users.
